SAT took the celebration of Freedom Day to the streets of New York, offering tourists and New Yorkers the chance to enjoy free rides on their spectacularly decorated double-decker “FREEdom Day Shuttles.”
To celebrate and publicize the 10th Anniversary of South Africa’s Freedom, the agency conceived and designed a fleet of South African branded double-decker buses, that took the celebration of Freedom Day to the streets of New York, offering tourists and New Yorkers the chance to enjoy free rides on their spectacularly decorated FREEdom Day SHUTTLES.
First stop was CBS-TV’s “The Early Show” where the show’s popular personality Dave Price raved to millions of American’s about his vacation in South Africa and interviewed our SAT spokesperson.
The FREEdom SHUTTLES continued on their appointed media rounds, throughout the day transporting thousands of pedestrians, playing South African music, distributing brochures, and spreading the word about the amazing wonders of a trip to South Africa.
